Privacy Policy

Last updated · 1 May 2026

Draft pending legal sign-off. This policy is published in good faith pending review by external MAS/ACRA compliance counsel. If you have questions about how Anlian Group handles your personal data while this review is in progress, contact the Data Protection Officer at privacy@anliangroup.com.

1. Who we are

Anlian Group Pte Ltd (UEN 201804661M; “Anlian Group”, “we”, “us”) is a Singapore-incorporated corporate services firm holding ACRA Filing Agent license FA20200346 and MOM Employment Agency license EA20C0327. We are the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website and through engagements you initiate with us. Our registered office is at 1 North Bridge Road, #17-05, High Street Centre, Singapore 179094.

Our sister entity Anlian Capital Pte Ltd (MAS Capital Markets Services license CMS101702) is a separate legal entity with its own privacy practices. This policy covers personal data Anlian Group collects, not data collected directly by Anlian Capital.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect the categories of personal data described below.

  • Contact data — name, email, phone, country of residence, and the company you represent, when you submit an inquiry, request a Strategy Call, or otherwise initiate contact.
  • Engagement data — information you share during the engagement assessment and during ongoing advisory work, including business profile, regulatory questions, and family or business circumstances relevant to the advisory scope.
  • Identification data — government-issued identification documents required for KYC/AML purposes when an engagement formalises (passport, NRIC, certificate of incorporation, beneficial ownership documentation).
  • Website usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data automatically captured by server logs and limited functional cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use your personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule the requested strategy call.
  • Carry out KYC/AML diligence required of a Singapore corporate services firm.
  • Deliver the advisory or compliance services you have engaged us for.
  • Comply with our regulatory obligations under Singapore law, including ACRA, MOM, and IRAS reporting requirements.
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website.

We process personal data on the legal bases of consent (where you submit information voluntarily) and contractual necessity (where data is required to deliver services you engaged us for) and legal obligation (where Singapore law requires retention or disclosure).

4. Who we share your personal data with

We share personal data only with parties listed below, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes described.

  • Service providers operating on our behalf — Zoho Corporation (CRM, data centres in India and the United States) and Calendly Inc (scheduling, United States). This reflects our architecture as of April 2026; some integrations may be staged after launch, in which case we use the relevant provider only after the underlying contract and data processing agreement are in place. Each provider is engaged under a data processing agreement that restricts their use of personal data to the services they provide to us.
  • Government and regulatory bodies — when required by Singapore law (ACRA filings, MOM work pass applications, IRAS submissions, MAS family office scheme applications, ICA permanent residence applications, etc.). Disclosures are limited to what the relevant authority requires.
  • Professional advisors and counsel — external lawyers, tax advisors, or auditors engaged in connection with your matter, with your consent or where required by the engagement scope.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cross-border data transfer

Some of our service providers process personal data outside Singapore. By engaging us, you understand that personal data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions including India and the United States (Zoho Corporation, Calendly Inc, Google LLC for Google Analytics where consent is granted, and Functional Software Inc. d/b/a Sentry in the United States for diagnostic error reports). We require contractual data protection commitments at least equivalent to PDPA standards from providers handling personal data on our behalf.

6. How long we retain personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes set out above.

  • Inquiry data (where engagement does not proceed) — up to 5 years from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Engagement records and KYC documentation — at least 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with Singapore record retention requirements for financial and corporate records.
  • Server logs and website usage data — up to 12 months in identifiable form, then aggregated.

7. Your rights under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have rights to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct personal data that is inaccurate.
  • Withdraw consent for processing (subject to legal obligations we cannot waive).
  • Receive a description of the purposes for which we use your personal data.

Requests should be addressed to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@anliangroup.com. We respond within 30 days as required by PDPA, and we may verify your identity before acting on access or correction requests.

If you believe we have not handled a request properly, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) directly.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses functional cookies necessary for navigation and a cookie banner choice (set when you select “Essential only” or “Accept all”). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Analytics cookies are set only if you select “Accept all” on the cookie banner. If you select “Essential only”, no analytics cookies are stored on your device. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled and Google's Consent Mode v2, which suppresses identifiers when consent has not been granted. Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, with data processing in the United States and other jurisdictions.

We use Sentry (operated by Functional Software Inc., processing in the United States) to capture error reports and performance diagnostics that help us fix bugs. Sentry receives the page URL, browser type, and stack trace when an error occurs. We have configured Sentry not to attach IP addresses or cookies to error events (the sendDefaultPii: falsesetting plus the project-level “Prevent Storing of IP Addresses” option), and to scrub common personal-data query parameters (email, phone, tokens) from URLs before sending. Sentry's ingest may briefly process the connecting IP for abuse detection but does not retain it. Sentry does not set persistent tracking cookies on this site.

Server log data is collected for security and operational diagnostics only and is retained as described in Section 6.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when the latest substantive change was made. Material changes will be flagged in a notice on this page for at least 30 days following the update.
