Request a written proposal.
Use this path when you already know the engagement scope and want a written proposal covering scope of work, deliverables, indicative timeline, fee structure (fixed-fee, hourly, or hybrid as appropriate), assumptions, and out-of-scope items. Standard turnaround is one to three business days depending on the complexity of the brief. For situations where the scope is still being defined, the strategy call is the better starting point.
What to include in your request
- The matter you want covered (incorporation, family office setup, work visa, etc.).
- Headline facts — entity type, jurisdictions involved, timing constraints.
- What you have already done and what is outstanding.
- Any third parties already engaged (other counsel, accountants, banks).
- Your timing target for receiving the proposal and starting the engagement.
What we send back
